Mountain Equipment consulted with climbers and mountain guides active in the Greater Ranges before making this jacket. They produced the Cho Oyu to offer female climbers a jacket with all the technical features they need. Features:

- 382g (size 12) of 90/10 pure down with a minimum fill power of 675.
- Polarloft wadding on the shoulders to withstand compression.
- Full box wall baffle construction throughout.
- Fully adjustable zip-off helmet compatible hood with Drilite Loft lining.
- EXL system incorporated in the hood and the back of the jacket.
- 2-way moulded centre front zipper with rear Gemini baffle.
- Internal mesh water bottle holder and drinks tube retainer.
